Second and Third - Bats
The students will present the batwebs they created on Kidspiration. We also will learn about the seven categories of animal classification--kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species.
Fourth and Fifth - Bridges
The students will continue creating their bridge company's name, slogan, logo, and code of conduct. Also, they will be doing an experiment to learn about how trusses add support to bridge structures as well as how triangles are the strongest geometric shapes for bridge building.
